Internal Politics of the Company

AcademicWritersOnline.com is a newly developed web advisor, which is meant to help students achieve academic success. We do not violate any laws or norms of ethics, as our goal is to supply the customer with a sample paper, which cannot be submitted “as is” and can only be used as a source for further research. By reading this document the writer agrees that each completed paper becomes the property of AcademicWritersOnline.com. In its turn, the company guarantees timely payments for each uploaded essay.

Responsibilities of the Writer

As soon as a candidate is approved, he/she can review the list of available orders, which may contain a variety of assignments, such as research papers, math problems, reports, application letters, literature and movie reviews. Writers are required to review the details for each paper, which contain specific instructions, deadline, format, and other important information. Applying for an order certifies that an employee will DEFINITELY complete it within the set deadline and follow all of the order details. Otherwise, fines and salary reductions may be applied to punish the writer. In case of a revision, an employee is obligated to make all necessary corrections within the new deadline (if the revision request is justified). Revision charges are already included in the initial payment and the writer is not paid for extra corrections, as long as they correspond to the initial instructions of the paper. However, if the instructions are changed, the price for the revision is calculated by support members.

Paper Requirements

Basic Requirements

Each uploaded paper should:

• Meet requirements stated in the paper details and answer all additional questions
• Be written from scratch
• Have a reference list, a table of contents (if requested), and a title page (if requested)
• Be properly formatted (according to MLA, APA, or Chicago/Turabian citation styles)
• Be uploaded on time

Paper Format

Each uploaded paper brings scientific value and, therefore, should be properly formatted. Each completed essay is checked by the editor and support team members for the following:

• Word count: 300 words per page (excluding title page and reference list, which are prepared following the rules of the set academic style)
• Font: Times New Roman
• Font size: 12 pt
• File extension: .doc (.docx) or .rtf file
• Format: MLA, APA, Chicago/Turabian style (according to the instructions of the client)

Essay should meet both general format requirements (e.g. double/single spacing, 1 inch margins) and have proper citations (e.g. footnotes, in-text citations, reference).

Plagiarism

Whenever any quote is taken either from a book, journal or electronic source, it should be cited accordingly (in-text citations and reference list). Each paper is checked by two separate plagiarism detection systems. Plagiarism is totally unacceptable, and any person who violates this policy will be fined and/or fired.

Payment Process

Salary and Wages

The price for each essay is unique and varies depending on the deadline, academic level, number of pages, and complexity of the topic. For instance, the price for 5 pages of a college level paper with the deadline of 10 - 14 days can be $ 45. The price for 3 pages of master level paper with the deadline of 10 – 24 hours may also be $ 45. The cost of each assignment is fixed and cannot be changed, except for those cases when the paper is urgent. Urgent orders are usually marked with special color and contain special space for bidding (see “Tutorial”).

Payment Periods

Salary is calculated twice a month. Though each payment is reported on 15th and 30th day of the month, the actual payment process takes 1 – 2 business days till the transaction is approved and money is delivered. The amount of money earned during each time period can be reviewed on the writer’s personal balance page. There are three options to receive payments: twice a month, once a month, or for every $ 200 earned. Please make sure to specify this information in your profile.

PayPal

PayPal is an online payment system and the most convenient way to transfer money within a short period of time. To receive funds, every writer needs to open a PayPal account or use an existing one. Our billing department will need your PayPal e-mail address, which is a login to your PayPal account, to make PayPal transfers. Fines and Payment Reductions

AcademicWritersOnline.com is looking for ethical employees who will respect and follow all of the company’s rules and policies. Our clients expect to receive high quality papers uploaded within a certain deadline. Failure to meet job responsibilities may result in fines and payment reductions.

Plagiarism (- 50 % / Order)

Each paper is checked for plagiarism by support team members with the help of two separate plagiarism detection systems. In case of a positive plagiarism report, 50% of the bid for the order will be deducted. Fines can be increased depending on the number of plagiarized works uploaded by the writer:

• 50% / Order (1st plagiarized paper)
• 25 % of the monthly payment (2nd plagiarized paper)
• Dismissal (3rd plagiarized paper)

Lateness (adjusted)

Please make sure to upload your papers within the set deadline. Any lateness may result in a refund, as the client can cancel the order. If you need a deadline extension, please inform our support team members in advance (at least 24 hours). Deadline extensions for orders with the deadline of “less than 10 hours” or “10-24 hours” are impossible in most cases. Manage your time wisely, as even a 30-minute lateness can make a difference. If you experience any problems with the attached material, please inform support team members in advance. Otherwise, uploading a late paper (disregarding the cause) will result into a fine.

Retraction from the order (adjusted)

Though AcademicWritersOnline.com offers freelance job opportunities, there are certain obligations that must be fulfilled. Whenever a writer applies for any paper, he ultimately agrees to finish it within the set deadline. Retraction from orders may result in fines, unless the writer has informed the administrator in advance:

We understand that even the most responsible writers can retract from orders due to various reasons. Nonetheless, please remember that you have a possibility to retract from an order only during the first 24 hours (for orders with "8 – 10 days" and "11 – 14 days" deadlines), during the first 12 hours (for orders with "2 – 3 days" and "4 – 7 days" deadlines). There is no possibility to retract from papers with the deadlines of "10 – 24 hours" and "less than 10 hours" without being fined.

Wrong format and style (adjusted)

Each paper uploaded by the writer brings academic value. Therefore, following appropriate format and citation style is obligatory. Any order uploaded with incorrect style or format will be forwarded to the editor. Please note that editor’s charge will be deducted from writer’s fee.
